Yes, that's right. The first 4 games have convinced me that the NBA finals are fixed.
I'm also convinced the Spurs will win game 5, the Pistons will win game 6 and then the Spurs will win the final game. Why? Because it's all one big giant FIX.

I couldn't agree more with you. That's what I have been saying this whole time. All those Pistons fans out there won't believe that because they are on a run. The Spurs are clearly a better team and they would have never lost those last two games (or at least one of them), in reality. that leads me to believe that the Finals are:
FIXED!

$3.5 million per game per team.
Good enough reason to extend the Finals - unless you're a fan.

Glad to see that we can all agree here. Of course, there are no Pistons fans currently online, either.
Hey, Purple, I see that you are coming up on # 2,000. Only about 100 more posts for you to get there. What's your prediction for the date that you will pass up SC? ![]() |

ah, yes, you may be right.
Last I saw, the Spurs were up 54-59 in the 3rd quarter. I'll be giving updates of the game. |

Right now it is 64-63, in favor of the Spurs, at the end of the 3rd quarter, thanks to a Robert Horry 3-pointer at the last seconds of the quarter. So far, so good.

It's now 69-67, and the Spurs have the ball with 10 mnutes to play in the game.

So far, this game has been back and forth, close the entire game. and that alone proves that The Finals are FIXED. Oh, and by the way, it's 71-69, Pistons on top with 8:44 left in the game.

Pistons just scored!
But so did the Spurs! Still tied up, now at 73 a piece! Spurs just made a free throw! now 74-73!:-)but Detroit now has the ball.:-( It's still 73-74, Spurs. :-) It's been a close game. 21-23 after 1st, 42-42 after 2nd, 64-63 after 3rd, and now 74-73 with about 6:00 minutes left in the game. In that sequence, the Spurs were the first number and the Pistons were the second. Now 75-74 after a Detroit score.:-( It's now 74-77 after a layup by Ben Wallace.:-( Spurs have the ball. Now, it's 76-77! THAT score came from Duncan again. :-) Now 76-78, Billups makes a free throw out of his two. Foul was on Horry, his 4th.:-( It's now 79-78! Spurs are winning! Horry hit another 3! He answered back with that "trey" after fouling Billups and giving the Pistons a point from the free throw line, and now he gives his Spurs a 3- pointer and the lead!:-) Now the Pistons tied it back up 79-79. Bowen and have just both fouled. It's Bowen's 4th and Parker's 3rd.:-( It's now 81-81 with about 3:00 minutes left. Billups sunk two free throws and then Ginobili ran down the court for a 9-foot jumper.:-) Now 81-83, Pistons, about 2:00 minutes left in the game. Don't forget, this series is tied up and a win tonight by one of the teams is going to change that. Spurs have the ball, 81-83. San Antonio takes a timeout with 2:19 left. 'sheed Wallace just commited his 4th personal foul!:-) Horry made both freethrows, but R. Wallace comes down the court and scores making it 83-85, Pistons on top.:-( 85-85! horry comes up big again with a tip-in! Billups sinks a 7-footer, but Horry, again, comes back and sinks a 3! 88-87, Spurs are leading, Spurs are leading!!:-) Rip now has 4 fouls, and Duncan missed BOTH of his free throws!:-( Still 88-87 with one minute to go!:-) Let's go Spurs, let's go! Let's go Spurs, let's go! Detroit takes a timeout. The Spurs have the BALL and the LEAD! Rasheed Wallace just fouled out of the GAME!!!!!:-) :-) But, Billups hit a layup for the lead. And duncan hit a free throw. it is now 89-89, 0:51 left in the game. Detroit takes another timeout. There is lots of suspense here, folks. I can barely type. It's the Pistons' ball. :-( Spurs have the ball with only 0:16 to go!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm sick to my stomach, people! Sick to my stomach! I'm sooooooo nervous of what will happen next. San antonio will take a timeout. Ginobili missed a layup to win the game!!!!!!!!!!Oh no!!!!!!!!! We are going into OT!!!! 89-89. After Manu missed the layup, Duncan also missed the tipin. WHY?!?!?1?!?!?!?!?!?! Well, I'll tell you who wins, but I won't be able to keep this up. |

It looks like the Pistons may win this one. The score is 93-95, Pistons on top, with 0:09 seconds remaining in OT. But THERE IS one catch, the Spurs have the ball and have called a timeout. Is there a miracle shot in store for the Spurs? I sure hope so. HORRY HIT A 3-POINTER!!!!! Spurs are UP, 96-95. but the Pistons have the ball with :05 seconds left. And, of course, the Detroit Pistons called a tmeout. And then the SPURS call a 20-second timeout. I can't look anymore. I'm almost too afraid. All I can do now is hope. Oh, the suspense! Hamilton missed a 9-footer!!!!!!!!!!!! This could very well be the end of the game!
Bowen rebounds, and the game is OVER!!!!!!!SPURS WIN!!!!SPURS WIN!!!!! |

The finals are not fixed, I don't know who told you that, but you're totally wrong, the spurs just got beat, but badly. The Pistons play well at home, and the spurs deserved to see a butt kicking like they did in game 4, the next game, will go to the spurs since they came up with a win in game 5, Robert Horry will once again be the hero in that game too

I'm going to have to say the Spurs will repeat next year, and yes I'm certain that they'll win Tuesday because they'll stick to their ordinary roster and players, Bruce Bowen, Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili, Tim Duncan, Nahzi Muhammud, Robert Horry, Brent Barry, Devin Brown, Udrich, and the other white guy, I forgot his name |
