Who will win Tonights Match-up between the Heat and Spurs?
Last Time they faced off: HEAT vs. Spurs Nov. 12, 2004-2005 LOSS: 93-84 Miami lost its second game in as many nights with a 93-84 loss in San Antonio. The Spurs jumped out to a quick lead, going on a 23-12 run, but Miami made a run of their own to end the first quarter only down by three points. San Antonio, who had three starters reach double-figure points at halftime, went ahead again by as many as 10 points in the second quarter, taking a 51-45 lead into the half. San Antonio took a 12 point lead going into the final frame, but the HEAT battled back, starting the quarter with a 16-5 run to close within one point with 4:43 remaining. The Spurs responded by finishing the game on a 16-8 run to seal the victory. Miami was led by Shaquille O’Neal, who recorded his 35th career 20/20 game with 23 points and 21 rebounds. Dwyane Wade did not dress due to a sprained left ankle he suffered on 11/11 vs. Dallas. San Antonio was led by Manu Ginobili’s 29 points, seven rebounds, seven assists and six steals.
